The Kitchen Classroom is the learning space for Culinary Arts, new technologies, and the skills and competences of a proper chef. It is where students live the reality of a professional kitchen. They will simulate a real gastronomic establishment where they will develop the practical aspects of the syllabi as a prior step towards getting an internship in one of our Applied Training or Partner companies. In the Kitchen Classroom, students prepare the items that will nourish the menu of both the Restaurant Classroom and the Cafeteria.
