Techno-Culinary Classroom
The Techno-Culinary Classroom can be divided into two (alongside the Research and Innovation Classroom) depending on whether students need a showroom, a research space, or both. This classroom is designed to give students autonomy in their efforts to master culinary techniques, especially those involving cooking with fire and broiling, which range from traditional techniques to the more contemporary ones.
