Minor programs

Minor programs
Academic Minors are designed for students to explore and strengthen their understanding in specialized fields of knowledge.
Minors are thematic courses with an international focus that allow students to complement a field of study through classes from various disciplines that enhance degree programs. This international experience will add intangible value, interdisciplinary skills, and intercultural management skills to the degree, setting students apart and enhancing their professional or academic opportunities.
Minors are worth 30 ECTS, and students receive a specialized certificate from the host institution. Students from the Bachelor's degree in Tourism and the Bachelor's degree in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences with all courses enrolled can opt for the Minor Program.
Students must have completed 240 ECTS credits before starting the program at the host institution.
If this requirement is not met at the time of the application, CETT-UB Academic Coordination will request an academic reference from the professors of the remaining courses to be completed by the student.
For the application to be accepted, this reference must show positive progress. Final admission to the program will be subject to the completion of the 240 ECTS credits.
