Sensory Classroom

The Sensory Classroom has been designed to develop skills in sensory perception. It is a space for the tasting of products, ingredients, and spirits being the ideal environment to awaken the senses. Students experiment the different methodologies to study and discover flavours, aromas, and textures with all their nuances.
