The Pre-elaboration Classroom is where students apply the knowledge learned regarding culinary concepts and techniques. It is an all-purpose classroom where they prepare the ingredients that other students process in their respective classes. It has its own showroom space and the movable elements, like chairs and tables, allow for a versatile space that can be organized to best suit a plethora of purposes, giving an answer to diverse pedagogical needs thus offering a space to use different teaching methodologies.
