Advice on continuous training, competency accreditation, identification of training needs, creation of an action plan and a professional growth plan in the short and medium term.

• COMPETENCE IMPROVEMENT

Analyze, identify, and enhance job-specific competencies, technical competencies and soft skills required in desired positions, in order to improve the employment situation.

• PERSONAL BRANDING

Positioning techniques, networking, professional profile evolution, career development...

• MARKET ANALYSIS AND EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT

Study of industry trends, interview techniques, selection processes, CV improvement, suitability and application submission*. Expand your knowledge to adapt to industry and job changes.

How are the orientations carried out?

• They can be in person at CETT's facilities, or online via video-transmission.
• Sessions last approximately one hour.
• The minimum number of sessions to guarantee the objectives is two individual sessions.

BE AN ACTIVE EMPLOYEE IN CATALONIA

• Self-employed, indefinite contract, fixed-term contract, ERTE situation, special labor relations... in an employment position in the region of Catalonia, related to the sectors of expertise of the CETT: tourism / hotel / gastronomy / leisure.

TRAINING OR OCCUPIED POSITION RELATED TO THE SECTOR

• Have completed or be pursuing an academic training, related to CETT's sectors of expertise: tourism / hospitality / gastronomy / leisure. Open to active professionals in the sector, without the need to have completed training courses at our organization.
