The Bullipedia Space is a creative archive of the Culinary Arts created by renowned chef Ferràn Adrià. This space wants to impulse and catalogue the knowledge of the Culinary Arts in the professional world. At CETT, with the creation of the workspace known as UB-Bullipedia, takes an active part in the project by coordinating and managing content in regards to cooking skills applied to the product and the organizational processes in Hospitality management.
