CETT is organizing an exhibition of traditional gastronomic products from Catalonia in BUY Cataluña

CETT will collaborate in the event that will be held at Palau Robert on 4 June to welcome the participants in BUY Cataluña. CETT will organise and coordinate an exhibition of traditional gastronomic products from Catalonia such as olive oil, cold meats and cava, focusing especially on their historical roots and their links with this region.
 
Several institutions will cooperate in this event: the Institute of Cava and
the Regulatory Councils of the Protected Designations of Origin Aceite de Les Garrigues, Siurana, Terra Alta, Baix Ebre-Montsià and Empordà, as well as the high quality cold meat producer Salgot.
