Gastrorecup
Once again CETT joins the #gastrorecup by evaluating food rejected from the commercial circuit in a lunch at the Aula Restaurant. It will be on October 3rd from 1.30pm with a price of €15 (drink not included). Gastrorecup is the proposal promoted by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishing and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya as part of the APROFITEM ELS ALIMENTS campaign, which has encouraged several restaurateurs in Catalonia to celebrate lunches or dinners with food rejected from the commercial circuit with the aim of raising awareness, both in the population and in the sector itself, about the need to be actively involved in the Iluita against food waste.
