Pedagogical project
The Aula Restaurant is a space for hands-on training. In it, Vocational Qualifications students in the specialties of cooking and catering carry out the practical training that helps them gain the technical skills and attitudes necessary to join the sector as first-class professionals.
The Aula Restaurant has the same characteristics as an authentic gastronomic restaurant, allowing students to experience a professional environment, thus providing a high-quality service. This is all supervised by a team of teachers with extensive catering and teaching experience.
The gastronomic offer of the Aula Restaurant is conceived and designed thinking about the customer, the season, the product, and the needs of a current and demanding service, but especially in our students' most suitable learning process.
A commitment to practical training
CETT also has other areas of comprehensive practical application, such as the Aula Kitchen or the Forum Bar Cafeteria. These spaces are a workbench in a real scenario, where students take on the role of the kitchen or restaurant service professionals they will be in the future. In addition, the School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Gastronomy also has many other practical application spaces, such as the kitchen workshop classrooms, the demonstration kitchen classroom, or the classroom of the senses.
