Alejandro Mullor
Alejandro Mullor joined Microsoft 16 years ago, his current role is Worldwide Tourism Lead, leading the global strategy for tourism, a specialization that complements with his expertise in Critical Infrastructures and Smart Cities. In previous years he has been developing, also within Microsoft, the role of Industry Advisor within the Worldwide Public Sector group, helping selected governments internationally to define their complete digitalization vision. He has worked with the City of Madrid, Region of Madrid, City of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Helsinki, central government of Spain, central government of Estonia, Canada and Italy.
Prof. Rob Law is University of Macau Development Foundation (UMDF) Chair Professor of Smart Tourism. He is also an Honorary Professor of several other reputable universities. Prof. Law has received 110 research related awards and accolades, as well as millions of USD external and internal research grants. Prof. Law has edited four books and published 1,000+ research papers (including several hundred articles in first-tier academic journals). Sandra Maria Correia Loureiro
Sandra Loureiro (Full Professor) is in the position 23 among the 13180 researchers in Economics & Business (Stanford University ranking). She has about 300 international publications including journal articles, conference proceedings, and books. Her current research interests include tourism marketing and marketing related to immersive technologies (e.g., VR, AR, AI). Her papers have been published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Sustainable Tourism. Sandra has participated in several research projects funded by the EU (for example RESETTING and HOMECARE).
Dr. Stanislav Ivanov is currently a Professor at Varna University of Management, Bulgaria, and Director of Zangador Research Institute. He is the Founder and (Co-)Editor-in-chief of two academic journals: European Journal of Tourism Research, indexed in Scopus and Webs of Science, and ROBONOMICS: The Journal of the Automated Economy. He has (co-)authored over 220 publications in the fields of robonomics, robots, artificial intelligence, automation in tourism and hospitality, the economics of technology, revenue management, political issues in tourism, tourism economics, etc.

Renowned for applying Artificial Intelligence to the study of human behavior in real purchasing environments, he is a sought-after international speaker on neuromarketing, consumer behavior, innovation, and trends. Author of books such as "Neuropymes" (Pirámide, Grupo Anaya, 2013), and "Todos somos clients” (Pirámide, Grupo Anaya, 2018) he aims to apply neuromarketing knowledge to any business.
