Cristina Moyano (Corporate Strategy - Investment Manager a Amadeus Ventures) Passionate about the start-up ecosystem and how new technologies are transforming the world, with an educational background in Business and Marketing; Cristina has over 15 years’ experience, 8 as a strategic consultant and the past 7 focused on entrepreneurship. She was part of the founding team of an accelerator, Endeavor Spain, where she built the Search, Selection and Services department. Cristina has worked mainly in Spain and US and has been recognized for her ability to lead and help different size companies manage their growth through business development activities, access to funding and new markets, designing and implementing marketing & business strategies and building bridges between corporates and start-ups. For the past four years she has been managing investments at Amadeus Ventures, the start-up investment program of Amadeus IT group. She also collaborates as a mentor and jury in IE Business School.

Helena Torras (Managing Partner at PaoCapital) Helena is an entrepreneur & Business Angel, she always wants to collaborate and contribute. She belongs to the Board of BarcelonaTechCity, to the Ambassadors Council of Collider (a TechTransfer initiative at MobileWorldCapital) and is an independent director on several councils. In the last decade she has been in the entrepreneurial ecosystem with different roles, as an entrepreneur in various projects, an investor, on the Board of Directors of a fund of funds, and a mentor.

Rita Almela (Co-founder & Partner at 101 Ventures) Rita Almela has a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona (EUS Program) and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School. Founding Partner of 101 Ventures, Rita is focused on creating and investing in technology companies in different sectors, such as health, environment, real estate and training, among others. She is a partner of 5G Ventures and The Data Venture, from 101 Ventures. She is also a Member of the Board of Directors of CaixaBank Payments & Consumer and chair of its Innovation, Technology and Digital Transformation Committee.

Helena Guardans (Presidenta at Webhelp Spain) Helena Guardans is an entrepreneur and founded her company in the customer service sector. In addition to her outstanding commercial leadership and expertise in customer service, Helena Guardans stands out for her social commitment and her female leadership. She completed her studies at ESADE and participated in an exchange program with New York University where she completed her last year. In 1994 she founded her company Singular, a pioneer in offering consumer care services. In 2001 Sellbytel acquired the majority of the company and in 2018 Webhelp bought Sellbytel. Since 2018, she has been president of WEBHELP Spain and her goal is to position WEBHELP as a leading company as a provider of BPO and CRM services. She pays special attention to people, quality, innovation and efficiency.
