Practices Assessment

As a process of student learning, any external internship in a company or institution will be assessed and graded.

The academic tutor must evaluate the student’s practices in accordance with the established procedures, and must complete the corresponding evaluation report. However, it must take into account the degree of completion of the training project based on at least the following documents:

a) Report issued by the tutor of the company or institution.

b) Internship student report.

c) Attendance and participation in activities organized by CS: talks, workshops, CETT Talent…

The particularities for the purposes of the evaluation system of each of the external internship subjects will be recorded in the corresponding Teaching Plan.


When the internships are remunerated in accordance with RD1493 / 20, the company must register the student with Social Security before the start date, and must satisfy the Social Security contributions that are mandatory in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Report and follow-up of the internships

The training project must specify the educational objectives and activities that must be met by interns.

The definition of the objectives must be set taking into account the competencies that the students want to develop.

The contents of the internships must be designed in such a way as to ensure the direct relationship of the competencies to be achieved with the studies completed.

Report from the tutor of the company or institution.

The tutor of the company or institution must fill in a final evaluation form and send it to the academic tutor when the student's internship ends, in which he / she must assess the degree of compliance with the contents provided in the training project. .

In addition, it must also report on the degree of performance of the competencies and assess it.

Student report

The student must send the assigned academic tutor a final report when he / she finishes the internship, which must assess the degree of compliance with the contents provided in the training project.

In addition, it must also prepare and submit to the academic tutor a final report with the following content:

a) Personal data of the student.

b) Collaborating entity where the internship has taken place.

c) A brief description of the company or institution: activity, size, etc.

d) The concrete and detailed description of the tasks and the works developed in relation to the contents foreseen in the formative project.

e) The relation of the tasks developed with the knowledge acquired in the university studies, of the opposite problems and of the procedure followed to solve them.

f) The identification of the contributions that, in the matter of learning, have implied the practices.

g) The evaluation of practices and suggestions for improvement.

h) Data relating to the company that demonstrates research and analysis of business areas as a complement to the practical knowledge acquired.
