Curricular Practices
These are subjects and academic activities included in the curriculum of the Bachelor's Degree, being the subject that allows the theoretical knowledge acquired at university and professional skills to be put into practice.
Through the internships, students learn about the labour market and it develops their professional career.
The subjects configured as "External Internships" are those that incorporate the following learning activities within the syllabus:
- Classroom activities: these are carried out over the course and involve optative attendance and participation.
They are eminently practical and have the objective of supporting the practical experience that is gained in the company, providing the student with a broader knowledge of him/herself, of the professional opportunities to which he/she can aspire, as well as deepening and developing certain professional skills considered key by companies in the sector.
As part of the dynamics of the course, students must participate in the internship follow-up sessions organised by Career Services throughout the internship period.
- Training Practices in Companies or Institutions, the objectives of which are:
o To complete theoretical training with practical experience.
o To get to know the reality of the sector.
o To deepen knowledge, skills, attitudes and professional competences.
o To acquire the necessary strategies for future professional life.
o To develop the capacity for reflection and observation.
The minimum duration of the Practicums is established at a rate of 25 hours/credit depending on each of the subjects, and the maximum duration can be 900 hours, between curricular and extra-curricular internship.

Students on international placements must take out insurance and provide a photocopy of their European Health Insurance Card.
