Practices Assessment

As a process of student learning, any external practice in a company or institution will have an evaluation and qualification.

The academic tutor will evaluate the student's practices in accordance with the established procedures, and must complete the corresponding evaluation report. However, she must take into account the degree of fulfillment of the training project from, at least, the following documents:

a) Report issued by the tutor of the company or institution.

b) Memory of the student in practice.

c) Attendance and participation in activities organized by CS: talks, workshops, CETT Talent, ..

The particularities for the purposes of the evaluation system of each of the external internship subjects will be recorded in the corresponding Teaching Plan.

Reports and memories to follow-up practices

The training project must specify the educational objectives and the activities that the internship students must fulfill.

The definition of the objectives will be set taking into account the competences that the students want to develop.

The contents of the practices must be designed in such a way as to ensure the direct relationship of the competencies to be achieved with the studies completed.

Report of the tutor of the company or institution.

The company or institution tutor must fill out a final evaluation form and send it to the academic tutor when the student's internship is finished, in which he or she must assess the degree of compliance with the contents provided for in the training project.

In addition, she must also report the degree of fulfillment of the competencies and assess it.

Student memory

The student must send the assigned academic tutor a final report when the internship is finished, which must assess the degree of compliance with the contents provided for in the training project.

In addition, you must also prepare and deliver to the academic tutor a final report with the following content:

a) Personal data of the student.

b) Collaborating entity where the internships have been carried out.

c) A brief description of the company or institution: activity, size, etc.

d) The specific and detailed description of the tasks and work carried out in relation to the contents provided for in the training project.

e) The relationship of the tasks carried out with the knowledge acquired in university studies, the problems encountered and the procedure followed to solve them.

f) The identification of the contributions that, in the matter of learning, have implied the practices.

g) The evaluation of the practices and suggestions for improvement.

h) Data referring to the company that demonstrates the investigation and analysis of business areas as a complement to the practical knowledge acquired.
